Pre and Post-Work Surveys are undertaken both before and after scheduled works are undertaken to evidence the condition of building elements in both time periods, and ascertain if any changes have occurred. This is usually carried out both in the areas where the work is planned to take place and in logical surrounding areas which have a risk of consequential damage occurring.
