Drone technology has advanced rapidly over the past few years and these Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) can now be used to record high-definition photographs and videos of external building components to amply survey assessment of roofs and tall facades. This mitigates the expensive, risk, and complicated planning logistics required when using Mobile Elevated Working Platforms (MEWPs) or other mechanical access equipment for this purpose.

They are therefore able to organise drone flights, including all pre-flight risk assessments and civil aviation authority required documentation but, unlike most drone operators, have in depth knowledge of buildings so are able to seek and record high quality visuals of issues or component failures without the need for later analysis and possible return visits.
