We have undertaken numerous condition surveys of schools, university campuses and higher education facilities. We have an understanding of the operation of these types of buildings and so tailor our survey approach to suit.

Due to the sensitive nature of surveying in schools, we are acutely aware of any disruption we may cause.  We work closely with the FM and school management team during the survey and ensure that the site work is carried out with minimal disruption.

The information gathered is presented in a clear, concise manner that allows for detailed analysis. The data can also be partnered with the NHS Risk based methodology and the NHS Condition Rating if required.  This system uses a lettered grading system to show the condition of each item and allows assets to be grouped together according to their condition rating.

All of our surveyors are experienced in working within these types of environments and all have current enhanced DBS certificates.
