We are a company that aims to provide specialist surveying services that can be used for a variety of outcomes or Clients, including Life Cycle Modelling, Planned Maintenance, Programme of Works, Defect Surveys, Facility Management, Private Finance Initiatives, Stock Transfers and Asset Management.  We have focused our expertise into three main areas, Education, Healthcare and Housing, and are able to undertake surveys to suit the Clients requirements.

Peter Bell – Qualified with a BSc in Quantity Surveying. Peter is a continuing member of the RICS from May 1984 and has extensive experience undertaking condition surveys, life cycle modelling and quantity surveying. An experienced project manager and coordinator responsible for delivering projects for social housing, healthcare, education business and leisure sectors. In addition, Peter has also worked on civil engineering projects, commercial buildings and produced defect reports and hazard surveys.

Richard Brennan – Has been working in the construction industry all his working life. After completing an apprenticeship as a Carpenter, he went onto University to achieve a BSc Hons degree in Construction Management. Richard then worked for various main contractors in London and then changed to become a Condition Surveyor.  Richard has been undertaking condition surveys for the last 15 years and is knowledgeable and experienced on the different aspects of construction and the lifecycles expected of assets.

Condition surveys have been at the core of our business for 30 years and we have a wealth of experienced surveyors who work on these projects and have a comprehensive understanding of construction, maintenance and the lifecycle of the buildings that they survey.
